The San Carlos City Expats Network are kindred folks from San Carlos connecting with family and friends who may either be in our hometown or any where in the world or in our country, with the purpose of:
1. Forging stronger ties and camaraderie
2. Expats sharing experiences/pictures of life abroad with Kababayans at home, hopefully to inspire & provide better perspective of life outside our city, etc.
3. Kababayans in San Carlos sharing old memories, updates of happenings and developments with Expat families and friends to keep relationships & ties with our city stronger
